When accessing the JPFreek iPad App through the iTunes store, name and email information may be collected at that time.  We will not sell or rent your personal information to companies or individuals outside of JPFreek Adventure Magazine.

    1) Information we collect:

  • Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address
  • Financial Information: While we do collect credit card information on JPFreek branded apparel & decal products to pass through to the bank though we do not alter, store, or keep any of this information on file in any of our systems, servers, or hosted information systems environments. Your financial data goes (via encrypted security certificate) to the merchant gateway (bank) and nowhere else.

    • 2) How we use the information we collect:
    We use this information to communicate with our customers regarding their orders with us (order info, tracking info, delivery confirmation). We also use this information to communicate with our subscribers on new JPFreek issue releases, latest industry news, and other JPFreek-related content. Lastly, we will only use or share your personal information with other companies or individuals outside of JPFreek in the following limited circumstances:

  • To verify the information you provided us during purchase with the bank for transaction of funds and protection against fraud
  • Information obtained from third parties: In order to protect you from fraud or other misconduct, we may obtain information about you from third parties to verify the information you provide. For example, we may use card authorization and fraud screening services to verify that your credit or debit card information and address match the information that you provided to us.
  • We will not sell or rent your personal information to companies or individuals outside of JPFreek Adventure Magazine.

    • 3) Information Security:
    We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical and technical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. Also, we do not store your financial information (credit card numbers) – these are mearly passed-through (via security encryption) to the authorizing bank.

    4) Changes to this policy:
    Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including notification in your account interface or email notification). Each version of this policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date, and we will also keep prior versions of this privacy policy in an archive for your review.
